Nature Explorers
Please check the event website before attending, to verify the details and make sure there's no change.
Saturday, January 20 @ 9:00 am
Drop your kids off at The Nature Place for a full day of exploring Angelica Creek Park, scientific experiments, and other hands-on activities perfect for the curious, adventure-seeker! In 2024, all Nature Explorer programs will incorporate real-time scientific discovery using tools and protocols approved by NASA! In January, the Nature Explorers look to the sky to learn all about clouds and the science behind these atmospheric formations. This full day, drop-off experience is best for children ages 6-14.
Returning camper? Your child can meet-up with their old camp friends! New to Eco-Camp? We’ll give you a preview of what to expect when summer Eco-Camp kicks off in June. Pack a lunch – we’ll provide the fun and adventure!
Cost:$60 per child
Scholarships are available! We believe nature should be accessible and welcoming to all. With the support of our donors, Berks Nature is able to offer scholarships to children hoping to participate in the Nature Explorers program that would otherwise be financially unable to. For more information and to apply, please contact Allison Mackley (allison.mackley@berksnature.org).
Please note, end times are approximate.
